Are meals provided?
Lunch and refreshments are included on both conference days - as well as a gala dinner on the evening of the 4th June. You can also join our additional intimate pre-conference dinner by booking it on the next page, after you've bought your ticket.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible PROfinity member with prior approval from the PROfinity team.
Do I need any special documentation to travel to Italy?
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas (if required), travel insurance, and any necessary travel documentation.
Will there be additional opportunities to meet with Tim & Miranda outside of the Conference?
Yes, after you have bought your ticket, there will be available options to upgrade to spend time with Tim & Miranda and your fellow ProFinity members.
